Brza, laka za pripremu, svi poznajemo ukus koji nudi, ali tako neophodna i nezaobilazna na našim trpezama. E, pa ovog puta bila je i na trpezi moga doma.
4 velika krompira
2 glavice crnog luka
2 čena belog luka
2 srednje šargarepe
350 g mlevenog mešanog mesa
0.5 dl ulja
2 dl mleka
2 jaja
soli, bibera i suvog začina prema ukusu
Priprema: Upržiti sitno seckan crni i beli luk, dodti šargarepu, još malo dinstati i dodati meso. Posoliti, propržiti i na kraju dodati začine. Krompir oguliti i oprati, pa narezati na što tanje listiće. Nauljiti vatrostalnu posudu, pa položiti red krompira, na to sipati malo mlevenog mesa i tako redom, naizmenično, dok se smesa ne potroši. Poklopiti sa poklopcem vatrostalne činije ili folijom i peći oko 30 minuta u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni, na T od 200-250 stepeni C. Umutiti jaja sa mlekom i preliti preko musake, pa vratiti ne poklopeljeno u rernu na desetak minuta. Služiti toplo.

Preparation: Fry finely chopped onions, add carrots, cook and add the meat. Season with salt and fry it and finally add rest of spices. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into thinner slices. Oiled fireproof dish and lay potatoes, pour on it a little minced meat and so on, alternately, until the mixture is reached. Cover with lid or foil fireproof bowl and bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven at 200-250 degrees C. Whisk eggs with milk and pour over moussaka, and return no lid on in the oven for ten minutes. Serve warm.
